A special treat for Mother’s Day

This recipe was created by Antonin Careme, the most important chef in post-Revolution France, when he traveled to Russia to work for Tsar Alexander. Holland America’s Master Chef, Rudi Sodamin re-created it as a special Mother’s Day treat, and now so can you!
